We have been talking about this for a while. Nearly 7 months ago and pre-COVID, Alochory was predicting that the move to the home office was inevitable. Our BPO services have been built around that and companies that have been outsourcing personnel have directly benefited from this model for quite some time. The pandemic has hastened the recognition of this for the rest of the business world.
Business epicenters will forever be changed and small towns will see the benefit over the next five years.
